- Visit the actual place, observe the work and study the current situation. Capture the background in an A3 problem definition and explore the ideal situation before proposing a solution.

- A shared understanding of the problem, operating context and customer value, with direct access to the people involved.

- A3 problem definition, current and ideal situations, initial scope and risks, and a shared statement of success.

Velox Tech fully hands over everything developed for you: parts, software, source code, designs, documentation and the associated intellectual property (IP) and ownership rights. You pay no additional fee to obtain ownership of these deliverables.
This applies to work developed for you. Independently licensed third-party components, Aqua products and Digital tools have separate ownership or licensing arrangements.
