02 / Define
Build a Product Requirements Specification with measurable acceptance criteria and a clear view of risk.
03 / Plan
Agree scope, tasks, responsibilities and cost visibility, with a shared basis for decisions.
04 / Iterate
Develop, demonstrate and learn in controlled increments. Record decisions and manage change requests.
05 / Verify
Test against the agreed requirements. Collect the evidence and documentation needed for acceptance.
06 / Handover
Transfer customer-developed deliverables, source code, designs, documentation and associated ownership rights.

Repeatable workflows, Lean thinking, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement support development. Velox can coordinate testing, technical documentation and third-party product certification. Velox is not currently ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 certified; product approvals are performed by relevant third parties.
